A Georgia State Legislator is under scrutiny after an investigation revealed he used his privileges to delay justice for victims.

That’s according to a report released last week by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and Channel 2 Action News.

House Speaker, David Ralston who is also an attorney, asked judges to reschedule court proceedings 57 times over two years. This sometimes results in several years delay.
