In the wake of unrelenting crises at the company, Facebook Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg is under increasing pressure and facing blame for Facebook’s problems. Sandberg has also been criticized for prioritizing her own brand over Facebook’s, while others find fault with her ability to lead as a feminist thinker while condoning unethical decision-making practices within the company.

Issie Lapowsky, a senior writer at WIRED, joins the program to explore Sandberg’s role at the company and whether the criticisms levied against her are fair.
